Nexora is an Autonomous Software Intelligence Platform operated by Develop Now Solutions. Contact: hello@nexora.dev.

2. Local-first by design

Nexora runs core audits entirely on your machine. Your source code, audit evidence, and the Nexora Brain are stored locally and are not uploaded for core functionality.

3. Information we collect

• Early-access signups: name (optional), email address, and an optional project description you choose to share.
• Website analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting usage metrics (to be finalized before launch).
• Optional cloud synchronization on paid plans: only the data you explicitly opt in to sync.

4. How we use information

To operate the early-access program, communicate product updates you request, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your early-access data at any time by emailing hello@nexora.dev.

6. Changes

The finalized policy, including data-retention periods, processor lists, and regional disclosures (GDPR, CCPA, and others), will be published here after counsel review.
