1. The service

Nexora is an Autonomous Software Intelligence Platform by Develop Now Solutions that independently tests software you own or are authorized to test, and produces evidence-backed findings and fix specifications.

2. Authorized testing only

Security and abuse-case testing (including the Miner Operator) may only be run against applications and environments you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You are responsible for ensuring that authorization.

3. No certification

Nexora provides compliance-readiness checks and evidence packages. It does not certify HIPAA, SOC 2, or any other standard. Formal certification requires review by qualified professionals.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Builder, Studio, Command) are billed monthly. Final billing, refund, and cancellation terms will be published here after counsel review.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions will be finalized with counsel before launch.
